|Unconditional||*72 to Enable
*73 to Disable
|Forward all calls that come to the number, regardless of who is calling, when they call, or whether the line is busy. Use this feature when you want to be reached while you are away from your office.|
|Delayed||*92 to Enable
*93 to Disable
|Forward all calls that come to the number after the phone rings several times without being answered. Use this feature if you want the phones answered by staff in the office unless they are busy, then let calls come to you.|
|Busy||*90 to Enable
*91 to Disable
|Forward calls that come to the number if the line is busy. Use this feature if you want calls to come to you if your staff is on another call in the office.|
|Selective||*63 to Assign||Specify certain callers who should be forwarded to you when they call the office. Use this for important customers that you need to speak to personally.|
