How Can I Access My Summit Broadband Business Phone Calling Records?

The Summit Broadband Phone Portal provides information on your call history. Your call history includes:

• Outgoing calls
• Domestic long distance calls
• International calls
• Calls to operator services and directory assistance
• Duration of these calls

To access call details:

1. Sign in to the Summit Broadband Phone Portal. https://phone.summit-broadband.com/
2. Select Messages from the menu bar.
   
3. A list of all Messages and Calls displays.
   • To view a list of Outgoing calls, click Dialed.
     
   • To view a list of Incoming calls, click Received.
     
   • For both Incoming and Outgoing calls, the date and time, duration and called or calling number are displayed.
