Q: What credit cards does Summit Broadband accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued from a U.S. Bank.
Q: Can Summit Broadband accept credit cards issued from a Canadian or other International bank?
A: No, we apologize, but we cannot accept credit card payments from foreign banks.
Q: Can I pay my Summit Broadband bill by phone?
A: Yes. You can call into our Contact Center and an agent can take your payment. Please note that a $4.00 convenience fee will be added for paying by phone.
Q: When are my payments credited to my Summit Broadband account?
A: Payments are credited to your account when they are received. Please allow time for the Post Office to deliver mailed payments. Online payments and payments made by phone are credited to your account the same day.
Q: Can Summit Broadband accept Apple Pay?
A: No, we cannot accept Apple Pay.
Q: When is my Summit Broadband Payment due?
A: Your payment is due on the 20th of the month. If you mail your payment please allow 5 - 7 business days for the Post Office to get your payment to Summit Broadband.
Q: Can I have my Summit Broadband bill paid automatically?
A: Yes! You can enroll in AutoPay through your online account or you can call our Contact Center and ask an agent to enroll you in AutoPay.
